Seat installation
Seats, headrests, belts and airbags form a single system. The optimal ratio of its components and their proper operation will ensure maximum passenger safety while driving. When adjusting the seats, you must adhere to certain rules listed below.
Seats should not be tilted lower than 30°. A properly adjusted headrest should be at the level of the back of the head, the recommended distance between the headrest and the head is 2-3 cm.
It is not necessary to move the seat too close to the steering wheel: according to the rules, the distance between them should be such that slightly bent arms lie freely on the steering wheel.
The upper part of the seat belt should lie in the middle of the shoulder, the lower part on the hips.
Warning: Do not adjust the seats while driving.
Adjusting the longitudinal position of the seat
To change the position of the seat, lift the brace located on the right at the base of the front seat, slide it back and forth, select a comfortable position and lock by releasing the brace. After that, make sure that the locking mechanism has worked.
Driver's seat tilt adjustment
To change the seat tilt, lean forward slightly so as not to touch the backrest, pull the lever located on the left side of the seat base, and lock the seat in the desired position.
Driver's seat height adjustment
You can change the height of the driver's seat using the switch located at its base. To raise the seat, press it from below; to lower it, press from above.
Seat back tilt adjustment
To change the position of the backrest, turn the handwheel located on the side of the seat.
Seat back angle adjustment
You can change the curve of the seat back using a special round handle located at the top of the back.
Power Driver's Seat
If the driver's seat is powered, it can only be adjusted from the seated position. To change the height of the seat, the position of the backrest and its bend, there is a special lever.

Headrests
Warning: A properly adjusted head restraint should be at the back of your head, not your neck.
The headrests can be removed by pressing the release button at their base.
Front head restraints
The height of the front head restraints can be adjusted by pulling them out or lowering them, the angle of inclination by moving them back and forth.
Rear head restraints
On Hatchback and Estate models, the right and left head restraints are adjusted in the same way as described above. The center head restraint can only be pulled out or lowered.
To remove the head restraints on the Hatchback model, the seat must first be folded down.
Heated front seats
The seat heating can be turned on/off using dedicated switches on the instrument panel. When turned on, the LED on the corresponding button lights up. After 5-6 minutes, the heating reaches its maximum. The temperature is controlled by a thermostat. The heating works when the ignition is on or when the ignition key is in position I.
Warning: Prolonged heating with the ignition off will drain the battery.
Increasing the area of the luggage compartment. Rear seat back
Sedan and Hatchback
First you need to remove the rear seat head restraints. Then, from the side of the luggage compartment, pull out the release buttons and lower the seat backs forward.
Station wagon
From the cabin side, press the side retaining levers, then lower the seatbacks back.
Folding the seat cushions
If a perfectly flat, level loadspace floor is required, the seat cushions can be folded forward.
Hatchback
First you need to lift the seat cushion by the side hinges, then fold it forward. When returning the pillow to the reverse vertical position, you should pay attention to the seat belts: they should not be tangled.
Heavy loads should be placed closer to the center of the cabin and carefully secured. When driving a car, the luggage compartment must be closed - otherwise exhaust gases will enter the passenger compartment. In addition, the car's rear license plate is only visible when the trunk is closed.
