Types of tire wear

            0

Wear on the side of the treadmill

Low tire pressure (wear on both sides): Low pressure causes the tire to overheat due to increased deformation of the tire and improper contact of the tire with the road. This causes a decrease in the grip of the tire with the road, its wear, not to mention the possibility of damage to the tire due to its overheating. Check and adjust pressure.

Wrong camber (wear on one side): Repair or replace suspension parts.

Tight Turns: Slow down!

Wear in the middle of the treadmill

Excessive tire pressure: Excessive tire pressure causes wear on the middle section of the treadmill. In this case, the tire has poor grip, driving becomes "tough", increases the risk of breaking the cord when the wheel hits an obstacle. Check and adjust pressure.

If you occasionally need to inflate your tires for carrying heavy loads or driving at high speeds, be sure to return the pressure to normal levels afterwards.

Uneven wear

The front tires may have uneven wear due to misalignment. Service stations are able to identify and correct this malfunction.

Incorrect camber or kingpin tilt: Repair or replace suspension parts.

Suspension malfunction: Repair or replace suspension parts.

Unbalanced wheels: Balance tires.

Incorrect toe-in: Adjust the front wheel alignment.

Note: Pointed tread edges. indications of wear due to incorrect convergence are best detected by touch.
