Brake fluid should be changed regularly. This work is best done at a specialized service station. Change the brake fluid as follows:
Pic. 250. Pumping out brake fluid with a vacuum cleaner
- pump out, for example, with a syringe or vacuum cleaner (pic. 250), brake fluid from the reservoir to a level of 1 cm;
- fill with fresh brake fluid (DOT 4);
- sequentially open the bleed holes in each wheel brake and slowly bleed the brake fluid using the brake pedal;
- be sure to monitor the level of liquid in the tank and top it up in a timely manner;
- start work with the brake of the right rear wheel (as the most remote).
