Removal and installation of the right cover of a head of the block of cylinders

Remove the right cover in the following order:

- disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery in compliance with all safety precautions (see sect. 1);

- Remove the top part of an inlet collector as it will be described below;

- disconnect the high voltage wire connectors from the spark plugs (see fig. 312). Press the injection harness on the engine mount;

- unscrew the four screws of the ignition coil, remove the coil, disconnect the connector from the coil, wring out the wiring harness and unscrew the wire to «mass»;

- Turn away a fixing collar of forward and back plaits of wires from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. In addition, you need to unscrew the cable shaft from the cover (2 screws);

- Turn away a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. In this case, it is necessary to perform a certain sequence of actions. Grab the cover in the middle from the outside and then release it crosswise. Loosen the last two screws in the middle. Remove the cover along with the gasket.

Install in reverse order. The instructions for mounting the left cover also apply to the installation of this cover. All screws should be tightened with a torque of 6 Nm.
