PROCEDURE |
- Set wheels for straight driving.
- Grab the wheel through the open side window and turn it all the way back and forth.
- At the same time, pay attention to the front left wheel, and preferably to the side flanges of the rim, they should move rhythmically with the wheel. The elastic splint may slightly «to brake» these movements.
- If the clearance is not determined when the wheels are mounted directly, and there is still a clamping when the wheels are turned strongly, then the toothed rack is worn out. Further, the entire steering mechanism wears out.
