- Mark the original parking position of the wiper blade on the glass with adhesive tape. Pry the caps off the wiper arm pivot using a small screwdriver and fold up.
- Loosen the fixing nut about two turns with a spanner wrench.
- Install the wiper arm and swing it sideways back and forth - thereby freeing it from the cone of the wiper axis. Firmly seated levers must be carefully pressed with two slotted screwdrivers from the wiper shaft. To prevent damage to the paint, place a rag under the mount.
- Swing out the lever, completely unscrew the nut.
- Disconnect the lever together with the washer from the shaft.
- When installing, align the wiper arm so that it matches its marking on the glass. After installation, check the correctness of its course. The brushes must not be interchanged with each other or protrude from the glass surface.
