PROCEDURE

Binding of water condensate - diesel fuel

Diesel fuel has a poor property of absorbing water condensate and carrying polluting particles with it. Therefore, it is imperative to observe the prescribed fuel filter change interval or change it after a long trip outside Europe. Unfortunately, the previously used dewatering valves in modern diesel filters are increasingly out of fashion, so that the filter housing no longer dries out and condensate no longer drains.
