Removal and installation of an upholstery of a forward door

You will need: T20 TORX wrench, flat and Phillips screwdrivers.

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.



2. Pry off the plug of the hole in the facing of the inner handle of the lock..



3….and remove it.



4. Turn out the screw of fastening of facing of the handle of the lock.




5. Gently prying off the handle trim with a screwdriver, disengage it from the door trim.



6. Pressing the handle of the lock, remove the lining of the inner handle towards the front.



7. Prying off the case of the control unit for power windows of doors and exterior mirrors with a screwdriver..




8.... and overcoming the resistance of the latches, remove the control unit from the hole in the armrest.



9. Turning the control unit over, press the latch..



10.... disconnect the wiring harness block from the connector of the control unit for power windows of doors and exterior mirrors and remove the unit.




11. Prying off the outer rear-view mirror support trim with a screwdriver..



12.... and overcoming the resistance of the latches, move the lining away from the door.



13. Having pressed the latch..



14.... disconnect the wiring harness block from the speaker of the speaker system and remove the lining.




15. Prying off the decorative trim of the door armrest handle with a screwdriver..



16.... and overcoming the resistance of the clamps, remove the trim.



17. Remove the two screws securing the armrest handle to the door panel.



18. Remove the top screws on the rear end of the door..



19.... and the lower fastening of the door trim.



20. Having overcome resistance of holders, remove an upholstery of a forward door.

NOTE: This is how the front door trim holders are located. Replace damaged holders.

21. Establish an upholstery of a forward door and all removed details in an order, the return to removal.
