Removing and installing the trunk lid

You will need: 10 wrench, flat blade screwdriver.

1. Open the trunk lid.



2. Pressing the latch, disconnect the wiring harness pads..



3.... and bring the wiring harness through the hole in the body.



4. Pry up the latch of the lower tip of the telescopic stop..



5….and remove it.



6. Using a screwdriver, remove the lower tip of the telescopic stop from the ball joint.



7. Similarly, remove the upper tip of the telescopic stop and remove the left stop.

8. Remove the right telescopic stop in the same way as the left one.

NOTE: If the telescopic stops do not require replacement, then to remove the trunk lid, it is enough to disconnect only the upper tips of the stops from the ball joints.

9. If you remove the trunk lid not for replacement, mark its position relative to the hinges, for example, by circling the hinges along the contour with a felt-tip pen.



10. Turn out on two bolts of fastening of a cover of a luggage carrier to both loops and remove a luggage carrier cover.

11. Install the trunk lid and all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
