Removal and installation of the control unit for the ventilation, heating and air conditioning system

You will need: Flat and Phillips screwdrivers, TORX T20 wrench.

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.



2. Remove the top lining of the floor tunnel (see Removing and installing floor tunnel lining).



3. Remove the two screws on the bottom panel of the unit.



4. Pry with a screwdriver..




5.... and remove the two decorative caps of the screws for the upper fastening of the block panel.



6. Turn out two screws of fastening located under decorative caps..



7….and move the block panel away from the console.



8. While pressing the latches, disconnect the wiring harness pads from the switch connectors..




9.... and the control unit for the heating and air conditioning system.



10. Remove the panel of the control block in gathering with a decorative slip.



11. Turn out four screws of fastening of the block of management to an overlay and remove the block.

12. Establish the block of management of system of heating, conditioning and ventilation of salon in an order, the return to removal.
