Removal and installation of a back seat

The rear seat cushion consists of two parts, each of which can be removed separately. The removal of the left side of the pillow is shown, the right side is removed in the same way.

You will need: TORX T40 wrench and flat blade screwdriver.

NOTE: The rear seat cushion brackets are attached to the floor subfloor with screws covered with decorative trims.

1. Prying the bracket cover from below..



2….remove the trim.




3. Remove two screws (the second screw is not visible in the photo) left rear seat cushion..



4….and remove the rear seat cushion…



5.... overcoming the resistance of two spring clips.



6. Turn out screws of fastening of seat belts and their locks to the basis of a floor of a body (see Removing and installing the rear seat belt).




7. Remove the lower lining of the rear door openings (see Removing and installing interior linings).



8. Turn out the screw of fastening of the left …



9.... and the right brackets for the axles of the rear seat backs.



10. Turn out an average arm of axes of backs of a back seat.




11. Turn out the screw of a basic arm of the left back of a back seat.



12. Remove the rear seat backs from the car.

13. Install the rear seat and all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
