Replacing the front hub bearing

            0

You will need a bearing puller.

NOTE: We recommend replacing both front wheel bearings at the same time.

1. Remove the steering knuckle (see Removing and installing steering knuckle).

2. Establish a puller and press out from a rotary fist a nave in gathering with the bearing.

WARNING: Once the hub is removed, the bearing is not reusable and must be replaced.

NOTE: In spare parts, the original bearing is supplied complete with the hub, so further disassembly does not make sense.

3. Press the hub with the bearing all the way into the steering knuckle.

4. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

5. Check and, if necessary, adjust the wheel alignment (see Checking and Adjusting Wheel Alignment).

Use the services of workshops with special equipment.
