1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.
2. Remove the decorative engine cover (see Removal and installation of a decorative casing of the engine).
3. Disconnect high-voltage wires from conclusions of the coil of ignition.
4. Squeeze the latch..
5.... and disconnect the low-voltage wire harness connector from the ignition coil.
6. Turn out four screws of fastening of the coil of ignition …
7….and remove the coil.
NOTE: Pay attention to the marking of the ignition coil. To replace, purchase a coil with the exact same marking.
8. Install the ignition coil and all previously removed parts in reverse order. For the correct connection of high voltage wires to the ignition coil, next to the terminals on the coil housing, you will find the numbers of the corresponding engine cylinders.
NOTE: Lubricate the high voltage wire lugs with grease such as petroleum jelly before installation.
