WARNING: Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery before replacing bulbs in vehicle lighting devices.
To replace headlight bulbs, follow these steps.
NOTE: Conventional left headlight bulb replacement shown. The lamps in the right block headlight are located symmetrically, they are replaced in the same way. Similarly, replace the lamps in the headlights of the other two types.
For clarity, the replacement is shown on the removed headlamp.
1. Open the hood.
2. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.
3. Turn the turn signal bulb socket counterclockwise..
4.... and remove it from the headlight.
5. While pressing the lamp, turn it counterclockwise and remove it from the socket.
6. Install the new bulb in the socket and the socket in the headlamp.
7. Squeeze out the two latches of the headlight cover with a screwdriver..
NOTE: This is how the headlight cover retainers are located.
8….and remove the cover.
9. Press the retainer of the low beam wiring harness block..
10.... and disconnect the block from the lamp socket.
11. Remove the dipped beam lamp from the headlamp reflector.
WARNING: Do not touch the lamp bulb with your fingers, as the halogen lamp gets very hot and greasy stains on it will cause the bulb to darken. Handle the bulb by the bulb only with clean gloves or a clean cloth. If there are still greasy stains on the lamp, remove them with alcohol.
12. Insert a new dipped beam lamp into the reflector and fix it by installing the wiring harness block.
13. Press the retainer of the high beam wiring harness block..
14.... and disconnect the block from the lamp socket.
15. Remove the high beam bulb from the headlamp reflector.
WARNING: Do not touch the lamp bulb with your fingers, as the halogen lamp gets very hot and greasy stains on it will cause the bulb to darken. Handle the bulb by the bulb only with clean gloves or a clean cloth. If there are still greasy stains on the lamp, remove them with alcohol.
16. Insert a new high beam lamp into the reflector and fix it by installing the wiring harness block.
17. The baseless side light lamp is installed in a cartridge, which, in turn, is installed with an interference fit in the headlight reflector. Remove the lamp holder from the reflector hole, remove the lamp from the holder, insert a new lamp into the holder and install the holder in the headlight reflector.
To replace the side turn signal bulb, follow these steps.
1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.
2. Remove the side indicator lamp from the hole in the wing, overcoming the resistance of its spring clip.
3. Rotate the lamp socket in either direction by 90°…
4.... remove the cartridge from the side indicator lamp housing..
5….and remove the bulb from the socket.
6. Insert the new bulb into the socket, and the socket into the indicator light housing.
7. Establish a lateral lantern of indexes of turn in an order, the return to removal.
To replace any bulb in the rear light on the body, follow these steps.
1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.
2. Remove the rear light on the body (see Rear Light Replacement).
NOTE: It is necessary to remove the lamp because with the lamp installed there is no access to the lamp board.
3. Squeeze the tabs on the lamp board..
4.... and remove the board from the lamp housing.
5. Press the turn signal lamp..
6….turn it counterclockwise…
7….and remove it from the board.
8. Remove the side light/brake light bulb in the same way.
9. Install the new bulb by turning it clockwise until it locks into the socket.
10. Install the rear light.
To replace the tail light bulbs on the trunk lid, follow these steps.
1. Remove the upholstery of the trunk lid by unscrewing the holes in the lid reinforcement, the upholstery fastening holders.
2. Squeeze the clamps of the wiring harness block..
3.... and disconnect the block from the lantern.
4. Squeeze the tabs on the lamp board..
5.... and remove the board from the lamp housing.
6. Press the lamp, turn it counterclockwise and remove it from the board.
7. Install the new bulb by turning it clockwise until it locks into the socket.
8. Similarly replace other lamps.
9. Establish an upholstery of a cover of a luggage carrier.
To replace the bulb in the fog lamp, follow these steps.
1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.
2. Remove the front wheel liner from the side of the fog light bulb to be replaced (see Removal and installation of wheel mudguards and fender liner).
3. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the lamp terminals by squeezing the lamp retainer.
4. Rotate the lamp base counterclockwise by about 30°…
5….and remove the bulb from the fog lamp.

6. Install a new fog lamp bulb in the reverse order of removal.
To replace the bulbs in the license plate lights, follow these steps.
1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.
2. Having pressed the spring clip of the license plate light with a screwdriver..
3….remove the lamp from the socket in the trim of the trunk lid (tailgate).
4. Remove the cartridge together with the lamp from the lamp, overcoming the elastic resistance of its retainer..
5.... and remove the baseless lamp from the socket.
6. Install a new bulb in the reverse order of removal.
7. Similarly replace a lamp in other lanterns of illumination of license plate.
To replace the bulb in the dome light, do the following.
1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.
2. Pry off the diffuser with a screwdriver…
3.... and remove it from the frame, overcoming the resistance of the latches.
4. Rotate the lamp base clockwise about 30°…
5.... and remove the lamp from the lamp housing.
6. Install a new bulb in the reverse order of removal.
7. Similarly replace other lamps of a plafond.
To replace the bulb in the auxiliary brake light, do the following.
1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.
2. Remove the additional brake light (see Replacing the additional brake light).
3. Remove the baseless lamp from the common lamp rail, overcoming the elastic resistance of the rail holders.
4. Install a new bulb in the reverse order of removal.
5. Similarly replace other lamps of an additional brake light.
