Replacing the air filter element

You will need: Flat and Phillips screwdrivers.

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.



2. Loosen the clamps securing the hose to the intake silencer..



3.... and an air supply sleeve.



4. Remove sleeve..



5.... and a hose from the filter nozzles.



6. Remove the six screws securing the air filter cover to its housing..



7….remove the cover from the housing…



8.... and remove the air filter element from its housing.



9. Install a new filter element and all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE: Pay attention to the labeling of the filter element. Purchase a new item with the same marking.
