Replacement of the pipeline of a hydrodrive of deenergizing of coupling

You will need a flat blade screwdriver.

To replace the hydraulic clutch release pipe tube, do the following.



1. Press the tube tip lock with a screwdriver..



2.... and disconnect the tube from the master cylinder of the clutch release actuator.



3. Using a screwdriver, remove the spring retainer of the hose tip..




4….and disconnect the hose from the tube.

5. Remove holder A (see photo p. 4) from the bracket on the body and remove the tube.

6. Install the hydraulic release line tube in the reverse order of removal.

7. Remove air from the system (see Bleeding the hydraulic clutch release).

To replace the hydraulic clutch release line hose, do the following.

1. Disconnect the hose from the hydraulic clutch release pipe (see steps 3 and 4 above).



2. Prying with a screwdriver..

NOTE: For clarity, operation is shown with the gearbox removed.

3….remove the hose adapter retainer from the tip of the hydraulic clutch release slave cylinder…




4….and remove the adapter from the handpiece.



5. Remove the hose holder from the bracket on the gearbox..



6….and remove the hose.



7. Install the clutch release hydraulic hose in the reverse order of removal.

8. Remove air from the system (see Bleeding the hydraulic clutch release).
