Removal and installation of additional heating resistance

Withdrawal

Disconnect the ground wire (-) from the battery.

Attention! As a result, data in electronic storage devices, such as an engine fault memory or a radio code, are erased. Please read the section carefully "Removing and installing the battery", before disconnecting it.

Remove the glove box. To do this, open the box and pull it towards the co-driver's seat.

Remove the footwell cover under the glovebox by prying out the four spring clips with a small screwdriver.



Disconnect the multi-pin connector from the additional resistance.



Carefully squeeze out the additional resistance.

Installation

Install additional resistance, press and fix. Put on the multi-pin connector.

Install and secure the footwell top cover with four spring clips.

Install the glove box in the holder.

Connect wire "masses" (-) to the battery.
