Front Axle — Design Description

            0

All vehicles use a front axle with two McPherson struts -1-, each consisting of a coil spring and an integrated hydraulic shock absorber. The shock absorber struts are fixed to the body and steering knuckles -2-. The side force is taken up by the transverse arm -3-, which is connected to the steering knuckle with a ball pin (removable). The transverse arm is attached to the body through rubber mounts. The anti-roll bar -5- connects the two struts to each other via two links and prevents the vehicle from tilting when cornering. The stabilizer is attached to the front axle subframe -6- through rubber bushings. Drive torque is transmitted from the engine to the front wheels by two semi-axial cardan shafts. Semi-axial shafts of various lengths, each of them has two hinges of equal angular velocities. The front wheel bearing is non-separable, so after removing it, replace it as an assembly. 7 - front rubber support, 8 - rear rubber support.
