Lighting and light signaling system

            0

The vehicle lighting system includes: main headlights, brake lights, reversing signal light, flashing direction indicators, fog lights, license plate lights, and vehicle interior lighting. Instrument lighting is described in chapter "instrumentation". Incandescent lamps over time "grow old" and go out of order. Approximately every two years they should be changed, even if they are still in good condition. This does not apply to halogen lamps, which are used in main headlights, for example. Their service life is much longer, and they should be replaced only when they fail. An incandescent lamp with reduced brightness can also be identified by a black coating on a glass bulb. Switch off the corresponding current consumer before replacing the incandescent lamp.

Attention! Do not grasp the glass flask with bare fingers. Fingerprints evaporate during the heating of the glass bulb of the lamp and are deposited on the reflector, darkening it. Be sure to replace the incandescent lamp only with a lamp of the same design. Remove finger stains with a clean, lint-free tissue and alcohol.
