Standard chargers can be used for charging. The battery can also be charged using the fast battery charger. The charging current should be from 3 to 25 A, and the voltage from 14 to 15 V.
Charge the battery only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
If the electrolyte level is too low, e.g. after a long stay in a hot area, top up with distilled water, see chapter "Maintenance".
If the vehicle will not be driven for more than six weeks, remove the battery and store it in a charged state. The most favorable temperature for battery storage is 0-27°C. Charge the battery again within three months, otherwise it will be unusable.
Clean the battery terminals regularly and lubricate them with petroleum jelly or BOSCH terminal grease.
Use starting aids only in exceptional cases.
Attention! Do not turn on the start assist device without simultaneously starting the starter.
