There is no need for a special tool.
Remove the air filter see point 5.6.
Remove the charge air cooler, see point 1.9.
Attention! Take care not to damage the O-ring between charge air cooler and turbocharger, replace if necessary.
Tighten the intake manifold bolts crosswise to 25 Nm.
Tighten the bolts securing the turbocharger to the manifold with a torque of 40 Nm.
