Resetting the service interval indicator

            0

Depending on the model and equipment, an additional alarm system is installed in the car. It monitors the functioning of the external lighting, indicates the door opening, worn front or rear disc brake linings, as well as the external temperature. In addition, the need for maintenance is indicated by the inclusion of a wrench symbol (arrows) on the control panel. The maintenance indicator lights up after the set mileage has been reached (10,000 for a diesel or 15,000 km for a carbureted engine) after the last service. After carrying out maintenance, you need to reset the service indicator to its original state.

Open the glovebox lid and pull it out of the hinges with a quick movement.

Turn on the ignition without starting the engine.

Within four seconds, operate the switch behind the glove box.

Switch the ignition off and on again. The maintenance indicator should no longer be lit.

Hinge the glovebox lid and close.
