Removal and installation of gas draft

            0

Attention! The throttle linkage is very susceptible to kinks and must be handled with extreme care during installation. Even a slight bend in the linkage can cause it to break while riding. Rods that have been bent cannot be installed. The following describes the removal of gas thrust in a 4-cylinder gasoline engine without adjusting the drive wheel loader. Other models have other swivel points in the engine compartment, see resp. chapter "Throttle adjustment".

Withdrawal

Unscrew the fixing clamp. Loosen the four bolts and remove the airbox above the intake manifold. Remove vacuum hose from underside.

Lift up the fastening clips for the gas draft sheath. After that, pull the rubber caps upwards from the counterholder.

Pull the gas traction nipple out of the slot of the throttle valve segment. In a diesel engine, press the ball head of the thrust from the lever of the high pressure fuel pump.

If you need to remove the thrust completely, then in the car, disconnect the thrust nipple from the pedal. From the side of the engine compartment, pull the rod along with the rubber nozzles from the front wall.

Installation

Lay the throttle in reverse order. Drive the rubber nozzle into the front wall. Connect the traction nipple first to the pedal, then to the throttle valve segment.

Slide the rubber cap onto the counterholder.

Adjust the throttle.
