Windshield wiper trapezoid assembly with gearmotor

You will need: keys «on 10», «at 13», «at 27», TORX T30.



1. Remove the air box grille (see «Removal and installation of a lattice of a box of an air inlet»).



2. Turn away a nut of fastening of a leash of a trapezoid..



3.... and remove the metal and rubber washers.



4. Turn away three nuts of fastening of a shock-absorber rack …




5.... remove the three screws securing the mudguard to the bottom of the windscreen frame..



6.... Remove the wiper bracket bolt..



7.... and remove the mudguard.



8. Remove the wiper trapezoid assembly with the gear motor from under the lower part of the wind window frame..




9.... press the clamp of the windshield wiper wiring harness block..



10.... disconnect the block from the output of the gearmotor..



11.... and remove the windshield wiper trapezoid assembly with the gearmotor.

Note. The windscreen wiper trapezoid has a non-separable design. If there is increased play in its hinges or if the levers are damaged, replace the trapezoid assembly. The geared motor can be detached from the trapezoid (see «Replacing the windshield wiper gearmotor»).

12. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
