The decorative panel is a molded plastic piece attached with screws to a steel frame. With the help of removable elements, control devices, car and heating system controls are attached to the decorative panel (conditioning) and ventilation, pads covering the nodes located under the instrument panel, nozzles of the heating and air conditioning system and glove boxes.
The frame, in turn, consists of steel reinforcement and is covered with a polymer film. The frame, attached with bolts, screws and nuts to the front pillars and the base of the body, is included in the load-bearing structure of the body. Air ducts of the heating system are attached to the frame of the instrument panel (conditioning) and ventilation.
Warning! The front passenger airbag can be installed in the instrument panel. Unqualified removal of the instrument panel or repair of its individual components can cause unexpected airbag deployment, which, in turn, can lead to injury.
