Removal and installation of the air filter

The air filter is removed if it is damaged and to gain access to other units in the engine compartment.

You will need: socket wrench «for 8», Phillips screwdriver.

To remove the air filter do the following.



1. Remove the air supply sleeve.



2. Remove the clamp securing the hose to the air filter nozzle..



3.... disconnect the hose and take it to the side.

Note. The hose clamp is disposable, replace it with a new one when reassembling.

4. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose.



5. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the air filter …



6.... and remove the air filter.

7. Install the air filter in the reverse order of removal.

To remove the air intake do the following.



1. Remove the air inlet sleeve from the air intake spigot.



2. Turn out plastic clips..



3.... remove the caps..



4.... and remove the air intake.

5. Install the air intake in the reverse order of removal.
