Replacement of pipelines of a hydrodrive of deenergizing of coupling

To replace the hydraulic clutch supply line do the following.

1. Disconnect the supply pipe from the fitting of the master brake cylinder (see «Clutch Master Cylinder Replacement»).



2. Squeeze the plastic tabs (for clarity, this operation is shown on the removed reservoir of the main brake cylinder) …



3.... and remove the supply hose from the fitting.

4. Install the supply hose and all previously removed parts in the reverse order of removal.

To replace the clutch slave cylinder pipe do the following.

1. Disconnect the clutch slave cylinder pipe from the clutch master cylinder fitting (see «Clutch Master Cylinder Replacement»).



2. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the plug «mass» clutch housing wires..




3.... and take the wire to the side.



4. Pry up the bracket for fixing the pipe tip retainer, remove the bracket..



5.... and remove the pipe tip from the union of the clutch slave cylinder.



6. Disengage the clutch slave cylinder piping from the retainer and remove the piping from the vehicle.

7. Establish the pipeline of the working cylinder of coupling in an order, the return to removal.
