Removal and installation of glass doors

Screws (1) power window adjustment

1. Remove the door interior trim panel.

2. Remove foam rubber cover.

3. Remove door seal.

Front door

4. Raise up to the stop and support the glass.

5. Unscrew the two screws securing the glass to the power window and lower the glass into the door.



6. unscrew three screws (one in front and two in back) glass guide fasteners (1 – the screw of fastening of directing glass of a forward door).

7. Remove glass from guide. Carefully remove the glass upwards through the window opening.

8. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

9. Adjust the position of the guides so that the glass moves easily and smoothly.

Backdoor

10. Unscrew two screws (1) mounting guides for glass.

11. Unscrew the two screws securing the glass to the power window.

12. Remove the glass from the guides and carefully pull the glass up through the window opening.

13. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

14. Adjust the position of the guides so that the glass moves easily and smoothly.

15. Install door trim panel and foam rubber.

16. Install the door seal.
