Disassembly and assembly of the heater

1. Remove heater.

2. Unscrew the two screws securing the heater core. Remove radiator.

3. Use a screwdriver to loosen the clips holding the housing halves together. Carefully pry up and separate the halves.

4. Remove the valves and control levers from the body halves, remembering how they were installed.

5. Rinse the radiator with clean water. A leaking radiator should be replaced.

6. Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly.
