Removal and installation of seat belts of a back seat

Rear seat belts

1. Tilt the rear seat cushion forward.

2. Slide the buckle guide through the slot in the mat. Unscrew the buckle fastening bolt and remove the buckles.

3. Unscrew the bolts of the lower fasteners, then fold the seat backs forward. Fold the luggage compartment carpet back and remove the backrest hinges.



4. Remove rear pins (arrow) seat or adjuster cover.

5. Remove the guides on each side of the cushion.



6. Remove side cushions. Each cushion is attached with one nut (arrow) near the speakers. Release the pillows by depressing the metal tabs hooked to the bottom of the wire frame. Pull the bottom of the cushion forward and up to release it from the retract mechanism.

7. Unscrew the retraction mechanism and remove it.

8. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
