The manual transmission has five synchronized forward gears and a reverse gear. When engaging reverse gear, press the clutch pedal and after a few seconds engage the gear.
To engage reverse gear, lift the blocking ring up and move the shift lever to the right and back, or move the lever to the left, push down, then move to the left and then to the right.
