Engine crankcase ventilation system with fuel injection system
1 - intake manifold connection, 2 - intake manifold, 3 - breather tube, 4 - oil separator, 5 - valve, 6 - hoses
The crankcase ventilation system consists of a separator and a valve located on the left front side of the engine. It is connected by a pipe to the exhaust manifold. The system is powered by a vacuum in the intake manifold. The gases that have broken through the piston are sucked out through the separator and valve to the intake manifold and re-enter the engine combustion chamber, where they are afterburned.
