Intake manifold heater for engines with a carburetor

Attention! Do not remove the intake manifold heater when it is hot.

1. Remove the negative cable from the battery.

2. To improve access, remove the air filter housing.

3. Unscrew the three intake manifold heater device mounting bolts that secure the device to the reverse side of the manifold.

4. Disconnect the wires from the intake manifold heater.



5. Remove intake manifold heater (indicated by an arrow).
