On engines with a carburetor, the fuel trap is installed in a vacuum pipe between the intake manifold and the ESC II block.
1. Remove the negative cable from the battery.
2. Disconnect the vacuum pipes from the trap and remove it.
3. Install the fuel trap with the end marked "CARB" to the collector, and the inscription "DIST" to the block.
