Flywheel Installation

1. Install the rear motor plate onto the two dowel pins.

2. Check that the mating surfaces of the flywheel and crankshaft are clean, and install the flywheel on the crankshaft, aligning the marks made during disassembly.

3. Install the six flywheel bolts and lightly tighten them. Block the flywheel against turning and tighten the fixing bolts progressively and diagonally according to the tightening torque.

4. Install the clutch disc with pressure plate on the flywheel.

5. Fasten the pressure plate with bolts, center the clutch plate using the input shaft of the old gearbox or a suitable drift, and then tighten the bolts to the appropriate torque.
