Withdrawal
Disconnect ground wire (-) battery.
Caution: Disconnecting the battery will erase the contents of the electronic memories, such as engine trouble codes or radio codes. Before switching off, also read the instructions in chapter "Removing and installing the battery".
Raise the car in front on the goats. Loosen the nut under the headlight that secures the headlight ground wire to the body. Lower the car.
Disconnect the multi-pin connectors -1- of the incandescent lamps and at the executive electric motor of the headlight beam tilt angle adjustment mechanism. Unscrew the two bolts -2- and remove the headlight.
Installation
Screw on headlight with two bolts -2-. Connect the multi-pin connectors -1- for the incandescent lamps and at the actuator motor for the headlight beam tilt adjustment mechanism.
Screw under the headlight the nut that secures the headlight ground wire to the body.
Connect ground wire to battery (-).
If available, set the clock and enter the anti-theft code for the radio.
Check the operation of the headlights.
Carry out headlight adjustment at the workshop.
