Adjustment





The direction of the washer jets can be adjusted with a needle.



Adjust the windshield washer nozzles as shown in the figure.



Vehicles with a gently sloping rear end: Adjust the rear window washer nozzle as shown in the illustration.

Windshield washer jets



Withdrawal



Open the engine compartment hood.




Press the washer nozzle -B- downwards from the front of the hood. A - a lamp for lighting the engine compartment.

Disconnect washer fluid supply hose from injector.

Installation



Attach the washer fluid supply hose to the nozzle.

Insert the nozzle into the hole in the hood and press the front of the nozzle up.

Close the engine compartment hood.

Adjust the direction of the nozzle jets.

Rear window washer nozzle



Withdrawal





Place a small flat screwdriver on the flat side of the injector between the rubber seal -B- and the injector -A-. Pull out the nozzle. To avoid scratching the paintwork, place a rag or paper pad under the screwdriver.

Disconnect the washer fluid supply hose from the nozzle, remove the rubber seal.


Installation



Attach the washer fluid supply hose to the nozzle.

Attach the nozzle together with the rubber seal and press it into the hole.

Adjust the direction of the nozzle jets.
