New ONS engines
Launched in March 1984, the 1.6 dm3 type LSD engine (1.6 NS ONS Economy) structurally similar to the engine 2.0 dm3 type NET. It has reduced cylinder diameters, similar to the 1.8 in.3 REB engine found in 1985 models. The 2.0 in.3 NRB engine forms a variation of the 2 engine, 0 dm3 type NET equipped with fuel injection.
