Weber Carburetor Float Adjustment
A = 41±0.5 mm.
1. Disconnect the battery and remove the air filter.
2. Disconnect the fuel supply line from the carburetor.
3. Loosen the retainer with a screwdriver and disconnect the start throttle control rod from the start throttle shaft lever.
4. Unscrew the six screws and remove the carburetor cover.
5. Install the carburetor cap vertically with the float pointing down.
6. Measure the distance from the lower surface of the float to the plane of the cover without gasket. It should be 41±0.5 mm. If necessary, adjust it by bending the plate on the upper surface of the float.
7. Install the carburetor cover with a new gasket.
8. Connect the fuel supply line and choke control rod.
